UMBC has partnered with The University System of Maryland (USM), Google, The National Association of Higher Education Systems (NASH), and the University of Texas System (UT) to expand access to industry-recognized credentials that support career development and workforce advancement. Through Google’s Career Certificates and AI Essentials courses, learners gain flexible, competency-based training that can complement their degree, boost employability, and open new career pathways.
